Made me laugh when during the election Labour supporters would rant about the privatisation of the nhs then look utterly dumbfounded when you point out it was started under Labour.

i agree but if you listen to labour voters tories are privatizing itwelshrarebit wrote:It's not privatisation. Privatisation is getting rid of free at the point of delivery and making us all pay for services either as we go or via insurance. The NHS doesn't mean a state delivery of everything. It means free at the point of delivery. That's what's most important. Who delivers it is largely irrelevant to me. We have had private firms delivering NHS services for decades.

There is only 1 or 2 kidney dyalisis units that are completely run by nhs, all the others are privately run ! Been that way for long time
