Ipswich have won the race to sign Manchester City winger Bersant Celina, according to Sky sources.
The Kosovo international has agreed to join the Sky Bet Championship side on a season-long loan and will complete the deal on Friday.

i dont think Ipswich can get near the contract he is on here.
and i dont think NW wants him here or infact wants a chunk of his budget subsidising another loan like last season.
its a difficult one tbh..on good wages for a championship player therefore limiting interest..might see him move out of the EFL..????
