Hi,
Is anyone thinking of staying down in Cornwall for a few days watching some/all of the matches?
I'm thinking of possibly going camping and wondered if anyone else was doing the same? I'm not sure if anyone has looked into getting to and from all of the games possibly by train, as I'd prefer to have a few drinks in the evening as opposed to driving.
cheers

Hi mate, was going but can't get the time off work. I was going to stay in Par, you can get a train to st Austell and Bodmin easily from there by train. I'd suggest going there as I have been previously and had a great time. Should be able to get a caravan for about £300 for a week

Thanks for the tip. I shall take a look at that. The games are all over the place and it's pretty awkward finding one central place.

Par will be the cheapest I'd guess. I think it's about an hour away from Exeter and it's inbetween Plymouth.

Par is on the mainline rail link between Plymouth and Penzance, roughly a 40 min journey from Plymouth.

Just be aware that there isn't a railway station in Bodmin. There's Bodmin parkway, but it's a 15 min drive by taxi into Bodmin !!!!
