Not in the slightest. Why vote for something you dont want?
Now that is nonsensical.

Your choice but you're going to get a government whether you voted or not.
And it will shape your life, for good or bad.
So if you don't positively want any of the manifestos on offer, it surely makes sense to vote (maybe tactically) to achieve the least bad outcome?

I don't think it makes much of a difference. There is no conciquence for not following through promises. I could get elected by saying I will give every family 30k a year tax free. When I get in to power I could just say "sorry made a mistake it was 30p". I think it's a sad state of affairs where every 4 years you have to vote for the person that is going to be the least damaging. That tells me that the current voting system we have is flawed - so why contribute to it?
If everybody took my stance the voting system and flawed political hierarchy as a whole would be forced into reform. Otherwise everybody will keep the pointless practice of voting for the "least bad" candidate. This campaign has been far worse than most, it isn't about how good they are it's how they are not as bad as the opposition. Votes by proxy.
If someone asked me would I like to get cancer of the liver or cancer of the kidneys - I wouldn't bother voting and would enjoy my life will I had it. Same approach to flawed politics.

Now pray tell, why does the above mean that I have to believe in a clearly flawed political system? We both know you can't answer that of course - but felt you hadn't spoken to me for a couple of days so just blurted out anything... right?
