If ledley and paterson have supposedly signed why have they not been announced?

Reports saying the two above are all but done.
As for Campbell, I can't see it myself but It would be good to have him alongside Zohore!
Danny Ward would be good also.

Why wouldn't he? Getting close to end of career, from Huddersfield area (I think). Good move for him.

Yes, to be fair to the guy I think he was actually from Huddersfield so I'd guess that would be a dream move for him and them.
