Barry Town United

Gavin Chesterfield's Yellow and Blue Army

With a Saturday off and staying in Cardiff over the weekend after the Newcastle game I took the opportunity to see Barry Town United v Ton Pentre. A 6-0 coronation for Barry and a title-celebrating party after.

Here's the programme cover from the game, a Sgt. Pepper tribute.

I only saw one City fan down there with a Bluebirds shirt on.
He was that Gunnars look-a-like bloke, though the shirt is a bit tight and he still has a hipster beard.

Great to see Barry back in the Welsh Premier League, with almost 1k there at Jenner Park. One of our writers did a report on the game.

Good fella Mike Lewis! His decision to move from Aber Town to Barry has paid off, 21 clean sheets in a season too!
