We have an old lady living a few doors away who has had more than her fair share of sadness in the time we've known her, buried her daughter, grand son and husband in the space of a few years yet through it all has remained as positive and indeed she is an extremlely brave lady, but my wife has just had a conversation with the ladies grand daughter who lives up North so is not on hand to see to her day to day affairs she just told the missus that she has been scammed out of thousands from cowboy builders /plumbers who have gone in an done such shoddy work it will have to be redone, how do these people sleep,it makes my blood boil
