Having endured a frustrating period at Cardiff City, Stuart O’Keefe was given the opportunity to sign for MK Dons in January and so he did – being an influential member of the first-team in their rise up the League One table.
The 26 year-old only made eight appearances for the Bluebirds this season under Warnock prior to his switch to the division below, which has been a breathe of fresh air for the midfielder.
O’Keefe would definitely become comfortable at a top-half team in the third-tier and I’m sure he would prefer it if the potential suitor challenged for promotion back to the Championship.
After all, the sought-after man won’t be short of a new employer come the summer transfer window.

He's way better than league one and could easily play at a team challenging for promotion in the Championship.
