' FRAIZER CAMPBELL '

Cardiff could do with a player like Fraizer Campbell back at their club.

With Kenneth Zohore scoring goals, he needs another striker to share the burden with him.

Campbell is out of favour at Crystal Palace but a proven goal scorer at Championship level and he’d be a shrewd acquisition on a free transfer.

On a free yes please but he would want a hefty salary and I don't think he'll be short of employment offers come the summer.

be 30 in september and has started less than 20 prem games for Palace over last 3 seasons.what a waste
maybe he will decide to end his career as a footballer actually playing football. dont see it being here though although id have him back in a heartbeat.

Martin, at his age hopefully half what we paid him last time.

At least we would then get better value than Rickie Lambert.
Lambert cost us about £1.2mill so far and what have we got from him? ? ?

I'd definitely have him back. One of our very few quality players during our Premiership season.

Can't see him short of offers TBH and that fact may well take him out of our league(wages wise)

He couldn't wait to get from here last time. Money orientated with no loyalty if he wanted to play football he should have stayed as he would have played every week.
NW will find a YOUNG hungry striker for next season.

Totally agree with you.

He would be a very wealthy man by now. Does he have the fire in the belly that's required ? Three seasons at Palace and not even a loan tells me he was comfortable as a premier league squad player. My guess he holds out for one of the promoted clubs.

With us he had a lot to prove to get to the big time...He made it and has received the rewards.

IMO we need a quicker wide forward, like Tom Lawrence (because I know who he is), but I am sure Warnocks team can find suitable replacements.

Took money over playing last time, despite being able to earn a decent wage with us.
Trust in NW to find a gem, the gravy train is over for wages to over paid and over hyped players,of which we still have a few.

No,move on, fed up of people not realising there's a lot of talent about...we don't need ex players back :ayatollah:

What a waste of a career he's had!

No from me.

He has not achieved much since leaving us and is no where near the player he was at that time.

I don't get the sentiment for old players - and to be fair he's hardly set the world alight since he left. I'd go for new you'll never get the same as what you had when you buy an ex player just look how Lamberts fizzled out in the last few seasons

He's a rubbish striker, he needs too many attempts to score with us and that was years ago, he's hardly played since !!!

Time to move on not resign previous players who took us down !!!

If he had not signed for us then, no one would be saying he's good for us now.....

Christ,I thought I had a bad memory.Under Mackay we were always a hard working team who were not set up to score goals and I seem to remember him working his rocks off for us.I prefer to think of him as a player thats not been knocked about too much and still retains his pace.He would be coming into a side with a totally style to the one he left and argueably more suited to.
