Fact that they travel ten miles which to them is a home game wonder how many we would take to a game ten miles away or in middle of our fan base?
You refuse to accept that fact we don't have such close games effects our away attendances prefer to use tan ect ect as reason instead of main problem financial cost and difficulties travel wise getting to away games !

Thats the big question?

It took me 35mins to get to Ashton Gate this season and last season, and we never sold out either game.
And we are talking about only 2,000 fans and last season, only 1,462 Cardiff fans went.

Fans blamed early kick off.

And Bristol City is one of our biggest games of the season.

Today for Wed was early kick

Laughing at other clubs fans,is the last thing we should do.

Still don't see how its funny?

Ok what's the big deal a club having 4k fans travel 10miles to game? Guess Bristol problem is the hazzle when you are there bet it hasn't changed since the 70/80s with the police ! The funny part is it may as well be home game for them?

First of all, I put every clubs fans away support out if its 50 fans to 50,000 fans.

Secondly,I love seeing clubs take good away support and when they sell out,I like to commend it as it shows those fans could be bothered to turn up,no matter how far away it is.

Shelf Wed have always taken large away support and travel no matter how far and not in hundreds, but thousands :thumbright: :thumbright:

As to Bristol City, not seen a problem there for years and the majority of our away support this season and last season was families :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird: please not an old out of date excuse.

Lets just commend other clubs away support, not be small minded and jealous.

I love putting out away clubs support,no matter what club it is :thumbright: :ayatollah:

I dont.

Last night QPR played away at Derby, QPR on a Friday night and live on tv took 663 fans.
We went there this season on a Tuesday night and took 308 fans not live on tv.
Not much in distance.

Distance is total bollox's

I can show you at least 50 other clubs.

Tan/Rebrand etc is the reason.

So your saying distance, if you look at my posts, Plymouth,Pompey,Grimsby, Carlisle etc etc etc all travel as far as us to away games and they are in the lowest divisions, but take more than us away.

Allan,

Little Doncaster played away to Grimsby today.
Yes only 50 miles away, but early kick off, Div 4 football, yet 1,700 Doncaster fans travelled.
