Jazz Richards is showing why he's an international

I think the fans know what Jazz Richards is made of and how good he can be.
He's an important player which is why he was signed. But it's never easy going to a new team when you've spent so long with the club's biggest rivals.
And it's been especially difficult for Richards after Paul Trollope left because he was the man who signed him.
But he was great against Blackburn and it's brilliant for him to have a good game. He has to keep up that level of form and show Neil Warnock that he is worth a place in his team because when he's at his best, he's always going to be a first-team player.
Develop a winning mentality now to help next season's promotion push
We've regularly said that there was a slim chance of reaching the play-offs over the last few weeks, but that's well and truly gone now.
But Cardiff can't waste any time between now and the end of the season. They have to get into that promotion mindset now and start to develop a winning mentality.
You have to get your head into gear for a really hard pre-season and make sure no time between now and the summer is wasted.
You want to put a marker down to those teams who will be in the division next season and make them worry about Cardiff when they meet next year.
So the players really cant allow the season to just fizzle out because winning becomes habitual, and it's the same with losing. We saw it at the start of the season under Trollope. It has to start now and it will get them used to it when the pressure could really be on next season.
