IS IT BECAUSE WARNOCK IS GETTING THE BEST OUT OF HIM?
I personally felt Jazz Richards was not up to it under Paul Trollope, then Warnock arrived said some words publicly about Jazz and chatted to him, worked with him and since then Jazz has improved in my opinion.
I even gave him man of the match v Blackburn last night
Bluebirds starting to see the best of Jazz Richards

If the transformation of Zohore has been well-discussed, Jazz Richards' progress from the cold to key member of Warnock's team should not be ignored.
Richards had a tough start to life as a Bluebird, his Swansea connection and the side's struggles meaning he was unlikely to win many over.
And there was plenty wondering whether his days at Cardiff were numbered when the Paul Trollope was left injured upon Warnock's arrival and stayed so for a number of weeks. It brought a few comments from Warnock over the length of his recovery time and questions over whether the Wales man would fit into his plans.
Given that he has now started the last ten games, providing his best display as a Cardiff player at Blackburn, shows he definitely does.
Richards was superb at Ewood, showing there is a steel and defensive ruggedness to go with his natural comfort on the ball while there is no doubt he is still to really illustrate what he can do further up the field as the Bluebirds have concentrated on getting the basics right. The clearances off the line, key tackles and headers at Blackburn showed a player full of confidence having proven himself to a manager and should surely be part of any team going into next season.
