Am I going through an early mid life crisis?

You may laugh at the title but in all honesty its doing my head in! Did anyone on here get to aged 35 and have a complete flip out! It's like as if I need a change but I do t know what I'm looking for. A new hair style? Smarter clothes - but having said that one minuite I'm looking at smart clothes and the next at biker jeans and boots (I'm not being funny but if yOud asked me a year ago I would have told you I thought biker stuff was just not me at all!) I look at new styles but just can't find what I'm looking for and then I think why worry - if you can't find it don't spend it! It's really odd - perhaps it's the first realisation of getting older (even though 35 is very young stIll) what do people think seriously? Has anyone of you had similar experiences men or women?
