It was suggested to me by a few people at the end of last season that as well as the MOTM vote, there should be a vote for the manager's performance.
This would be after every game, where everyone can vote on the Cardiff City manager's performance on a scale of one to ten. This would be a review of his tactics, substitutions and general performance?
Just interested to hear who thought they like this idea?
If people agree, this will start from Saturday.
Will leave the poll open for 24 hours

NO - As how do we know what was said before KO - Was /Were the players sticking to the managers plan ???
We can all make comments on the managers changes / plans in play - so what are we to judge him on ????
Judge a manager over 90 mins each game / season if he gets the chance
