Do not underestimate the importance of Neil Warnock's two right hand men, Kevin Blackwell and Ronnie Jepson.
I really believe things would have been different if Warnock had come to the club without these two.
Blackwell was with Warnock as a coach at Huddersfield, Plymouth, Bury, Sheffield United, Crystal Palace and Rotherham.
Jepson was with him at Crystal Palace, QPR, Leeds and Rotherham.
Any good manager will have those he trusts, and these two are Warnock's. They are as important to us as Neil Warnock is.

Jeppo is the father of my missus best friend's, down to earth hard working man.
Both him and Blackwell are influential to Warnock, make a fantastic trio

Begs the question would we be happy with them both in charge if NW retired at the end of next season having just missed out on promotion?
I remember when NW was announced. I'd have been quite happy with Blackwell never mind NW.
