Can you remeber the flack Zohore got. Sang constantly when your sat in row Z and the ball hits your head thats Zohore.
Made us all look like fools now myself included.
What a turn around in a player.

As foolish as that chant is it still makes me laugh.
Sat Feb 25, 2017 8:53 pm
Yes I was there. If I remember Zohore came over at the end of the game and handed somebody his shirt and we couldn't believe they didn't hand it back!
Mind you, there were eleven clowns playing that day managed by a plum who had absolutely no idea what he was doing and we were nailed on certainties for relegation.
Seems a long time ago now!

Proves how good a manager Warnock is and how truely awful Trollope was. Shocking at absolute everything he did and is up there with one of the worst City managers of all time.

I thought it was Gunongbe who handed his shirt over.
Anyway we are a completely different side now.
Don't like it when players get singled out, especially ones who've only just arrived.

I was and almost every player gave up. Shocking

Yeah I was there, dont like players being singled out,but we were truly dreadful that day. Like mentioned we were nailed on relegation we were that bad. What an amazing job Neil and his staff have done.

It was Fred.

Ian it was 100 per cent Ken Zohore. They sang that song then at the end of the game he gave his shirt to someone in the left side of the stand behind the goal.

No it doesn't make us look foolish. I was at the Barton game and it was a disgrace for every possible reason. Trollope didn't have a clue, Our captain wasn't interested and never spoke to his team mates even once, But he did speak to Big Ben Turner.
The players didn't even try and never looked interested. That day they all was an embarrassment to our club.
But now it's all been turned around and that is down to one man, he has turned average players into some fine players.
Zahore is one example who is getting better and better but as for your post back then they were all garbage.

Fair enough Nobby.
That game was a low for us. I was in the side stand on the front row. After the game a few of the players came over to us and handed their shirts to the supporters. A brave thing I thought after tht performance. I blamed the plyers themselves but now it is obvious where the blame should lie.

The one I saw was almost right behind the goal and people were shouting to throw it back to him. I could have sworn that was Fred.
I was stood to the right ( as you look from the stand to the pitch), so maybe Ken went up the left side toward the tunnel side of our terrace ?
In fairness we were still singing even though the team had been awful that day.

Most of the singing was aimed at telling Trollope he was getting sacked in the morning and suggesting that he should be managing England!
If I remember it was Zohore and Peltier who gave their shirts to youngsters in the crowd at the end of the game.

The Burton away game was the lowest point of the season. A good away turnout from the fans combined with a shocking, gutless display from the players resulted in quite a lot of negative chanting against Tan, Trollope and the players.
I have to admit though, I found the Zohore song very amusing. It summed up his form at the time brilliantly, even though he has never looked as bad as that other waste of space Fred.
What a turn around in a player. It only goes to show what a new manager and hard work can do for a player. Hats off to Ken and Warnock.
Sun Feb 26, 2017 2:51 pm
Its all about confidence and Warnock has given not just Zahore but others in the team confidence to play to their strengths
Neil yesterday admitted he is given players a run in the team who were in and out under Trollope

I was there, couldn't have been a more dire performance. I don't remember Zahore having any stick but remember we are shit being sung. That's how poor start of the season was.
Mon Feb 27, 2017 9:19 pm
I was in burton that day grim day all round we where shite it pissed down all day and our good mate carl Curtis announced he was not going to be running any more trips for the Neath and port talbot bluebirds to be honest that was more disppointing than losing the game but we had a good pis sump on the way home

Better version of the song:
If you give him the ball,
He will score us a goal,
That's Zohore
That's Zohore
The big man from Denmark,
Is impossible to mark,
That's Zohore

yes interesting indeed.
despite the song {which was funny } many did actually see positives.
