Neil Warnock has agreed a one year extension to his Cardiff City contract after talks with Mehmet Dalman and Vincent Tan.
The 68-year-old revealed in his Friday press conference he had agreed a deal in principle.
But now the loose ends have been tied up and Warnock has agreed a deal until the end of the 2017-18 season.
His backroom staff team Kevin Blackwell, Ronnie Jepson and Andy Dibble will also remain at Cardiff City Stadium.
They couldn't have done it any quicker apart from driving around to my house yesterday," said the veteran manager, who was only too happy to stay, with promotion a firm target for next season.
