' Season ticket sales vital for Cardiff City '

http://www.annisabraham.co.uk/2017/02/2 ... diff-city/ :bluebird: :bluebird:

With the FFP rules in place it is important that we back the club by buying season tickets, I also think that they should try to sell the naming rights if possible for the stadium to create income but perhaps they are waiting for the parachute payments to end before doing that.

I am not sure how many we have this season but its probably about 11,000, I think we need to increase that to 15,000 if possible. To be honest I was even thinking of not renewing next season back in September/October, it just seemed pointless and depressing going to games, there still felt like a division within the fan groups and no connection with the club or its fans.I will renew at the first opportuntity now.

Warnock is trying to address that now and you can definitely see the difference, everyone seems to be coming together again and some incredibly loyal fans who felt they could not come to games since the rebrand have also started to come back which is fantastic news.

Fans won't forget the past or the hurt and devision that was caused with some good friendships being wrecked but hopefully these can be repaired and we can all enjoy going to games again with the hope that everyone is fighting in the same direction.
Warnock, Jepson and Blackwell have breathed new life into the club and I even think Vincent Tan might get a decent welcome if he came to a game.
I just hope that fans will buy into the club again, I think our season ticket prices are excellent and you can pay in instalments if you are struggling so its a chance for us all to get involved and support the club financially, whether we get promoted or not I am sure Warnock and his team will give us a competitive team we can be proud of.

Is there a 3 year price freeze on current holders? cant remember what the current deal is but thought I'd read somewhere about the price freeze. I currently pay £519 as sit in the grandstand but would be well happy of they did it for say £499! I cud then knock off my citycash rewards too! I think more people wud come too! Really hope we make 15K season tickets for next year!

I think the club should raise season ticket prices so the club can take more risks in the transfer market. :banghead: :banghead: I would tie down lambert to a longer deal because he's been total shi..... So far but he might come good. :banghead: :notworthy: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Whits deserves a new deal would hate to see him have to take a couple grand week pay cut. :banghead: :banghead:

200 for adults 50 kids and a free shirt and season ticket discount. All this if you sign in the first 3 months :old: :old:

For me since we gone back to blue the club have done everything they can to engage and bring the supporters back so it's down to the supporters.

To bring the prices down for season tickets and promote the odd game by making it more cheaper for people without season tickets and communicating with supporters they have done a tremendous job and people can say it's because Tan wants out of the club and wants to stabilise the club and supporters by just making the a club a normal club with no drama involved then so be it because we got the club where we want it to be.

For a club in the championship to being the prices down and trying to make the supporters experience better it is actually a great thing to see because this isn't even happening with some clubs in league one or league two who charge silly amounts to see their team.

I think Warnock was the missing piece for this club in terms of pushing in the right direction because we had everything in place just not the manager who can bring the fans together even more than they already were and getting the players give the best performances they can.

The good times are here with the club so let's keep it going, pack the stadium for every game until the end of the season and go into next season with a better start than this one. :ayatollah:

Agree with OP.

I was going to cash my chips in after this season.

The last few years had taken their toll and the stadium
Is a bowl with no soul.

Warnock has made our City United

I feel like we have got a plan and this man has brought the supporters closer to the club with the team benefitting as a result.

One love

My money is on 15k sold initially and then when Warnock wheels and deals, another 5k by kick off in August.

I have this feeling Warnock is going to produce something special next season, and even going back when Jones the Moans was given a free hand, it seems we have someone who is now not a yes man, and much more in line with how supporters view the game and knows how to get people back interested in the club.

Think it will be more 12k and then up to 15 or 16k near August

What a great post Dando :notworthy:

Fans like you are the real life blood of our club as you are willing to forgive the sins of the past for the greater good of the club, unlike those drama Queen's who still bleat on about being 'hurt' by the rebrand.

None of us liked the rebrand but if it was the biggest thing that has 'hurt' you in your life then you must have had a very easy time whilst on this earth and have no idea of what real hurt is.

And for the record I will be renewing without compliant.

Very good post but "selling the naming rights to the stadium?" Don't give tan any ideas, he has done enough harm already, unless it is the the highest bidder to re-name it Ninian park. :bluebird:
