Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Cardiff City, Millwall and Charlton Athletic are all said to be interested in Sutton United's Roarie Deacon.
According to a report in The Sun, Nottingham Forest are amongst the clubs chasing Sutton United hero Roarie Deacon.
Deacon was one of the prominent stars as Sutton enjoyed a wonderful run in the FA Cup this season, and he showcased his talents against Arsenal.
The midfielder looked a constant threat in Sutton’s most recent match against the Gunners, and even hit the bar with a wonderful strike.
Deacon’s form has not gone unnoticed, and Forest are now believed to be willing to give the 25-year-old another chance in the Football League.
Deacon has previously represented both Stevenage and Crawley Town, but took the step into non-league football last summer.
The England under-19 international now looks set to depart Sutton in the summer, and Forest do face competition for his signature.
Fulham, Charlton Athletic, Cardiff City and Millwall are all also said to have an interest in taking Deacon.
Sutton are believed to be keen to offer Deacon an improved contract, but whether he will be willing to sign a new deal with so much interest in his services remains to be seen.

The 25-year-old was integral to Sutton's incredible run to the fifth round of the FA Cup, which ended in Monday night's 2-0 defeat to Arsenal — Deacon's former club.
The midfielder came through the Gunners' youth ranks, but has now emerged as one of non-league hottest properties.
He has previously played for Stevenage and Crawley town, as well as appearing for England at Under-19 level. He's also eligible to play for Jamaica.
Neil Warnock has stated he wants to bring in around £6million-worth of players in the summer, but whether he would gamble on a non-league player remains to be seen.
It wouldn't be the first time however, after Warnock brought unknown striker Ibrahim Meite from Harrow Borough in January, with a view to the future.

I prefer this report:
http://www.kentlive.news/charlton-athle ... story.htmlWith the critical line that tells the whole story:
'The rumours have been fuelled by the player's agent, Liam Bowes, of OYS Sports Management'.

Great name though.
I've seen Rory; I've seen Ruairí; but ROARIE?
Maybe he was a baby who roared?

Championship trio Cardiff, Fulham and Nottingham Forest are interested.
While two clubs from League One - Charlton and Millwall - are also in the hunt.
Deacon, who came through the youth ranks at Arsenal, was picked up by National League side Sutton last summer after being released by League Two outfit Crawley.
The 25-year-old starred for Sutton during their FA Cup run that saw them reach the fifth round.
His agent Liam Bowes claims interest went through the roof during Sutton's brave defeat against Arsenal.
Bowes said: "I was at the game on Monday night and I was receiving text messages from clubs asking about his availability."
He added: "It's a crucial stage in Roarie's career, his next move needs to be right.
"He is playing in a good footballing team at Sutton and we want to make sure he continues that momentum in a similar environment."
Deacon is out of contract at the end of the season but Sutton want to hand him fresh terms.

first off, it was a televised game against a premier league giant, he was obviously going to "up" his game. if he was quality no offence he should be tearing the league apart.
secondly, I wouldn't be surprised if its just his agent touting him around, so when a club does come in for him he can get more money out of it.
