Will the upper tier return to blue?

Sure I read this somewhere or dreamt it. Is this happening? Cheers.

Whilst the attendences are still below 20k i cant see them worrying about the colour of the seats to be fair.

To be pedantic they can't "return" to blue because they were never blue in the first place!

There was a rumour on here a while back that they were going to be blue - for the first time, as they've always been red since the expansion.

Not heard anything since mind.

As they are only used by Wales I think they are the right colour......

Doesn't bother me too much. As I go in the Ninian I never even see them but given the choice I'd prefer to see them blue.
