what an inspiration

The enthusiasm Warnock shows for the game is incredible.the mans a breathe of fresh air.sol bamba also don't think I've ever seen a player so fired up. He comes off the field roaring like a lion . I floated home from derby after seeing that effort.

I've read the first few chapters of Warnock's book and he goes on about assembling a team of leaders when he took over QPR ready for their title winning season. One of the first things Warnock did with us was bring Sol Bamba in to give us a bit more leadership.

Heidar Helguson was already sent out on loan to Watford when Warnock took over QPR. When Helguson returned the following summer, Warnock told Helguson he tried signing him twice when he was Sheffield United manager because he thought he's the best striker in the Championship and he will be his number 1 striker to fire them to promotion.

We all know what Helguson was like as a pro for us anyway, but how could any player not give their all for a manager like Warnock? His man management gives every player the confidence and belief to play to their potential. Look at Kadeem Harris and Kenneth Zohore already and long may it continue!
