Manga do we need him ?

Most of our best performances have been without him ,do we really need him ? On the wages he is will we miss him ?

Obviously it's good that we keep the wage bill down and if we ever get an offer we can't refuse he'll probably go, but he's one hell of a player at this level. There's others I'd release before him. We also have to have adequate cover for injuries and suspensions, and Manga is more than adequate!

If we can get manga on a reduced contract it will be a massive win for us. I don't feel we'd need to add anything else to our defense next year.

An excellent player when fully fit....but is constantly injured....plus he is out of contract at the end of the season and on big wages.

As said above, if we can get him on a reduced contract then he's a great option. When fully fit and motivated I think he's one of the best defenders in the championship.

I actually thought the most solid we've looked all season was against Villa, when Manga played alongside Morrison and Bamba sat in front of them. I would also love to see Bamba and Manga at centre back together.

Hope he agrees a new deal NW will make him a far better defender.

We moan for selling our best players and we are taking about getting rid of probably the best defender in this league (or Bamba).

Correct, Warnock will want some quality amongst his battlers and if he choses Bruno Manga, I am happy with that

Seems to be a bit injury prone

I think Manga is quality and should stay...but I'll leave that to our more than capable manager to decide and go with his and maybe Manga's) decision either going forward

not worth the money imo,very good player but doesnt perform at high enough a level consistently to warrant that wage

Bruno is much, much better than Morrison.

Do we need him - yes if we seriously want to challenge for promotion next season, Bruno and Bamba should be first choice centre backs.

Can we afford him? Certainly not on his current wages but I'd much rather be paying him those sort of wages than Lambert!

Will he stay on a reduced contract? Almost certainly not and probably wouldn't stay on the same money he's on now. He can walk away for nothing in the summer and negotiate a nice fat signing on fee for himself somewhere else.

The money we are paying Rickie Lambert at the moment would tend to suggest that it's not that easy to get a top class striker for £25,000 a week

They would the best CB pairing in the Champ by quite some distance really excited for next year now. A new striker another winger and perhaps another CM and I think we will be right up their.
