We borrow money to increase our deficit to give it away it's madness

its just a hoax to impress those backward thinking pakistanis who still think the world is a globe that warms.

Foreign aid is basically bribes, we give them money then they buy our stuff, except with India we were bunging them to buy our fighter planes and the dodgy coonts bought from the Frogs instead. It's mental I believe we're still giving aid to China.
