Still in a relegation battle?

10/02/17

Neil Warnock:

"Absolutely. The quicker we can get to 50 points the better. You don’t get much tougher games than Leeds and Derby away. It’s hard for the fans with all the travelling."

"I’m looking further on now. I would’ve liked to have brought one in but it didn’t really bother me."

"I know all the hard work is going to be done at the end of the season."

When asked if the Bluebirds are still in a relegation battle, Warnock responded: "Absolutely. The quicker we can get to 50 points the better.

"But you don’t get much tougher games than Leeds and Derby away. It’s hard or the fans with all the travelling.

"I’m looking further on now. I would’ve liked to have brought one more in in the January transfer window."

One or two more injuries or perhaps a couple of suspensions, with our current squad size we could quickly find ourselves closer to the relegation battle than a lot of us think. We are a long way from safety yet, and we have a tough few games coming up.
