I saw on the news that those low lives that coerced and violated underage girls in Rochdale are facing deportation back to Pakistan,if I had my way they would be facing the hangman's noose and I would willingly pull the lever

im a so called "lefty" and I agree that we should deport them for what they did, absolute disgusting. can I ask however how do we know if we send them back they wont just be freed by their government ? or does their government actually take these cases seriously (I honestly do not know so someone please answer)

I'm a leftie (whatever that means) and I work in human rights (child protection and child rights to be precise) ... And I agree that these guys should be stripped of citizenship and sent back to face prison in their own country.


Human rights puts the rights of the innocent first and so the victims have the right to get justice for the crimes committed against them. The human rights charter is clear... These men committed awful crimes and therefor have lost their rights.

Looks like we are leaving the European Charter on Human Rights so British Courts will be making the call on cases like these in future.
In the Islamic Republic of Pakistan these paedo beasts will be heroes, who won't see much prison time.

The Human Rights Act 1998 protects us all.

Of course its inconvenient as it is accessible by the bad as well as the good. But that is not the problem with the act! That is a part of living in a free society that tries to protect our rights.

Of course these sickos and hate preachers need to be exited from our society... And the european court of human rights rejected their appeal.

And while some sick people try and hide under the umbrella of human rights let's remember that human rights are fundamentally a good thing.

If people don't like our human rights based society then maybe they can go to a place where human rights are nit a priority.... Like Pakistan.. There maybe a flight leaving soon with these sick men on it. Seats maybe available at a discount.

Human rights is enshrined in this country's DNA, we gave the World the Magna Carta.

I think any migrant who commits a serious crime should be sent home. We have enough criminals of our own, we don't need anymore.

I think it's disgusting that we are putting these people on an aeroplane to a war torn country where they face likely persecution.
