Football league attendances 84/85

I know many on here like attendances so thought I'd post this.

Cardiff were 21st and Swansea were 20th. Similar season for both - but a league apart.

Not sure what we are talking about songs for, this is about attendances of the years posted above isn't it? Although on that subject all I remember are the "we are coming for you songs" on the Cardiff promotion parade that ended up being a season finishing bottom of the league. But thats for another topic, this is about attendances in 1984.

well your victory parade.the first priority was for brenda to slag our fans off.
ffs its the saddo capitol of the world. your in the prem. but on here bragging about 28 extra fans 30 years ago.
you could win as much as real madrid and youd still be on here with your inferiority complex

But what cannot be forgotten is that the first ever premier league encounter was a win for the bluebirds.

Only a couple of seasons after the Jacks brief Top flight stint, under Toshack. So understandable their gates were higher than ours.
1985 was probably the worst year ever in terms of attendances. Arsenal and other top clubs getting nowhere near what they do now.

But what cannot be forgotten is that the first ever premier league encounter was a win for the bluebirds.

I had forgotten that actually. Although having a look back through that season I see a crushing 3-0 defeat at the liberty so a 3-1 aggregate over the two encounters.

I am not bragging about anything doggy, someone posted a list of attendances in the 80's and I made a factual observation based on current club topics on here (Swansea and Cardiff are the main topics). Don't get so defensive.

I don't understand what you are talking about regarding victory parades still I am afraid. Especially when Cardiffs one was almost dedicated to Swansea

but let's not take this off topic.

If you are referring to me. All I have done is make an on topic observation on the photo presented, an observation that is 100% factual and 100% accurate. What is there to argue about? It didn't need a reply. Its fact. Should end there.

I think it is impossible to be a troll if what you say is 100% factual 100% accurate and 100% on topic.

Maybe what you mean is I have made an observation you would prefer to ignore and people who have taken this off topic to attempt to troll me in retaliation should stop? In that case I agree.
