Thought Gunnarsson swayed it in the second half with his never say die attitude,Whitts,Zohore and Bamba all close.

Lots of contenders tonight for motm Zahore for me

Gunna was everywhere even when injured he got in the way twice a true warrior.Special mention for Kenny Z played very well with a super goal best seen in years at home.

Gunna was immense second half especially. Bamba, Hoilett, great games and Whitts brought a composure and quality that's been lacking but for me it Zahore!!!

Zohore simply for that goal!

Zohore, simply unstoppable tonight.. pace and power all over and he won balls when he was 5-10 yards behind the defender, mugged Preston off at the end and a fantastic goal, felt like a DJ performance the way we used the wingers to attack constantly.

Whitts for me!

His passing was something we've missed in recent games and he set up the Zohore goal and took his penalty well after the Preston keeper dived the right way. Was disappointed he went off after 75 minutes

Wow it's so nice to have a few contenders. Tbh I don't think anybody had a bad game. Mcgregor made a decent save defenders excellent midfield superb and looking good going forward. Zohore edged it on finish and work rate. But Whitts gunnar morrison bamba hoilett could easily be 1 of those

I must have watched a different game, I thought Hoillet lost the ball so many times and took the wrong decision when in front of goals ?????

Hmm looks like people have changed their mind over zohore now then .... about time they realised

Fantastic performances from Bamba, Whitts and birthday boy Zahore. Hoilett and Harris caused then all sorts of problems but Gunnarsson gets my vote. A good old fashioned box to box midfield performance which allowed Whitts to do what he does best. Also took one in the Icelandics and still got up to clear the ball twice (no pun intended). True warrior.

Zahore !!! Got to be the best individual goal I've seen in a long time.

Gunnarsson for me. He had another great game. Broke up play constantly which helped us get on the front foot and made sure the more forward thinking players got at the PReston defence regularly.

No votes for the back 5 even though we didn't concede ?

Gunnar proved he is an awesome championship DM, broke up play but with the exception of one amazing cross field pass never makes those tackles or interceptions count though
Whitts, quality when given the ball, that one dinked lob to Holiett was worth the entrance fee alone, drifted in & out too much
Ralls, much maligned and vastly underrated on here, does the dog stuff that Whitts doesn't do and the continuity passing that gunnar struggles with
Holiett- Does my head in, on another level for some periods of the game but awful then next
Harris - Always L1 to me, good trier but f-all end product

Zohore - The goal was beauty itself. Smashing it anywhere especially the second half isn't the way to play him.
