Not sure he's any better than what we've got at the moment. When he played for Villa against us it was the worst I have ever seen him play. I suspect his demons off the pitch may have caught up with him again.

Perhaps Warnock can bring the best out of him, if anyone can. Did Warnock manage him at Leeds?

Forest still trying to do a loan deal with Villa on Ross McCormack but it's starting to look like a no-go

McCormack not wanted by Villa, not wanted by Fulham (mainly their players), not wanted by Leeds when he was there and problematic when at Cardiff City previously

There's a theme here and for me we don't need anymore bad attitudes/influences in the squad. Besides, could we really justify the money it would cost to loan (not buy long-term) the guy for the rest of a season that offers little hope other than survival?
