How does it leave us worse off? You can only play 11 players you know.

And the next four games are really tough could easily get dragged back into trouble. Although surely we have enough to win 5 more games.

The prob is Warnock has no real money to bargain with,the offers he makes are money in small payments etc thats why Aberdeen manager was fuming when City said it had made more offers,they just juggled the payments differently.

No one knows anything, the days of info coming out of club are long gone.. And that's the way it should be.

Dons fan in my work said the same thing. We are offering almost the same deal each time but offering differing awful payment terms with very little up front each time.

Because the teams strenghening will be playing more quality in their 11 where as our team stays the exact same. We aint far from the relegation zone as it is

not really,we have just put in an offer then another and said very little. have probably enquired about half a dozen other players too. its what all clubs do in january. all the noise has come from Aberdeen who seem desperate . we cant be that far off with the offer either because he has negotiated personal terms.incase lol

No way is it mate, we are 4-5 players off the quality of other teams in this league. The fact we aint got a striker who can score on a regular basis alone tells you our first 11 isnt as good as anyone in this league

I'm sure a loan deal or two wouldn't break the bank. I thought Warnock would of definitely brought in at least one loan player, with a view to a permanent deal in the summer. Forest are close to signing Ariyibi from Chesterfield for a nominal fee and he's out of contract in the summer, so there are decent deals to be done out there. I would rather take a chance on a 22 Year-old winger with bags of pace, who has the potential to get much better. Rather than 30 Year-old Feeney and 29 Year-old Hayes. I think we've missed out big time on some of the loan players that are signing or have signed for our rivals around us in the table. Why can't we offer players in exchange or part-exchange? Why haven't we offered Huws back to Huddersfield for a bit of cash and one of their players? I think we need to get Lambert off the wage bill too.

We are competing against every team

Wez, you were adamant earlier in the season that we would be promoted or in the play offs at the very least. Sometimes you have to take a step back and look at things without the blue tinted glasses. We are 8 points outside of the relegation zone on merit, the table does not lie after this many games. Looking at our fixture list, we are more likely to be closer to that relagation zone than further away after the next half dozen or so games. If our first eleven were as good as anyone in this league, we would not have spent half our time in the bottom three, nor would we be in a relegation battle right now. We struggle to beat teams like Burton, and are capable of putting on brave efforts before losing to the top sides. Our team are nowhere near on a par with the better sides, and never were before a ball was kicked at the start of the season.
