With hindsight it was just wrong. I wouldn't criticise the club over it, at the time I thought keeping Chopra over McCormack was the right move. History suggests otherwise, McCormack 103 goals in 240 games against Chopra's 31 in 110. Lets be honest we were very lucky getting most of our money back with Chopra, his antics making him worthless within a year of leaving. You would struggle to find a more consistent championship striker than McCormack in the last 5 years and we just about gave him away - this season excepted

Good! They deserve each other!

Ross McCormack has been a disgrace of late at Villa and (to me at least) it appears he has deliberately engineered a move away

But to a club like Forest?? :?

That's the bit that confused me, until I considered the money (wages/signing on fee, etc.) he will get for making the move and then I just thought what a selfish, greedy little git and how glad I am he's not coming here to destabilise yet another squad!
