Norwich City winger Sergi Canós on his way to Brentford for medical. £2.5m fee agreed..

Says something when Brentford are outspending us..

Not really. They are selling Scott Hogan today for around £15m. so have plenty of cash to do it.

Not really. They are selling Scott Hogan today for around £15m. so have plenty of cash to do it.


My point is that many other teams around us are doing business and strengthing. We could still yet be dragged into this relegation battle without a goal scorer!

I understand what you are now saying. But your initial post was about Brentford outspending us. They can only do so because they are selling their main striker for a lot more than they are paying out for a winger. Overall , it helps them stay financially stable , but not sure that it strengthens them as a team on the pitch.
