Beggars Belief

Last Saturday whilst waiting at the lights I saw a Renault Clio with 3 guys in it parked up in Riverside,one of them got out and went to the boot of the car where he proceeded to roll up his sleeping bag and head off into Town for a good days begging,unless of course he was doing a part ex at Millets,i thought begging was an offence,the authorities should find out who they are and stop the benefits for each day they are caught

How do you know he wasn't homeless and the other guys were just giving him a lift?

Perhaps it's his job.

"Begger".
