Donald Trump Protest

Mon Jan 30, 2017 8:36 pm

So we hear that over 1 million people want to ban Trump from an official state visit to the UK,why?
If I had my way anyone who is caught on such a march or demo whilst claiming some sort of benefit should have that 1 day docked, clearly if you have time to wander the streets then you are not looking for work.

Don't think a ban would be wise. Well earned, maybe, but it will survey no purpose. Demonstrating? Give him everything you got!

These idiots turn a blind eye to the human rights abuses that countries he has banned do ,protest when it suits them ,idiots

As daft and ill conceived the "ban" is the left need to let it go. He won an election under the same rules as the previous 40 or so and they need to accept it. Those so outraged by this will be the same ones at the next protest.

You can guarantee that those protesting over here are the same that are in denial over Brexit. The metropolitan liberal left can't accept democracy in action, and struggle when the "proles" won't bow to their educated betters world view.

Protest as much as you want, its your right, but realise you only speak for a narrow band of the population.

Hard to disagree with that Wez. It does seem like a case of 'protest' when it suits. These protesters have zero consistency.

I think every country on the list refuses entry to Passport holders of Israel some will refuse passport holders of ANY country with an Israel Visa stamp but you dont here to many protests about that from the great unwashed the hypcritical bastards.

My question for everyone is this :-

Donald Trump has banned citizens for 6 months from 6 nations. He's put an Indefinite ban on Syrian Refugees going to the United States of America. While he may have the right to do so as the Leader of that nation, why hasn't he banned the citizens of a country in which 11 of the 19 terrorist on 9/11 came from? :banghead:

Why hasn't he placed a ban on guns, considering gun crime deaths are higher than terrorist deaths in the USA? :banghead:

Why does his visit need to be a state visit, instead of a normal visit? (Without the fireworks ect :banghead: )

It's embarrising, that in a democratic country, people get crisised for standing up for they feel is right.

It's embarising that on this board, if you disagree with the "trump agenda" or you disagree with "Brexit", you get deemed a "lefty looney."

Terrorist? Of course not, he's not a Muslim.

Should Canada now be placed on the banned list because of safety?

15 of the 19 came from Saudi Arabia :thumbright:

It's an Amendment to the Constitution, that can be amended again (Hence the phrase, "second amendment")

The Constitution also protects citizens and non-citizens of America, in the 14th amendment. :thumbright:

You radical right wing turned a blind eye to the terrorist attack in Canada today! :thumbright:

Bush didn't have one until 2 and a half years down the line, although he did visit the country before then without having a "State visit".

   well this is where I end my debate as you ever just entered a whole new level of stupid. You're nothing but a Far Right, UKIP Fascist Wez. The fact that you're fearful of the world around you before you have seen what is outside of South Wales shows that you're an uneducated, brainwashed sheep who does not think for himself. The fact you criticised protesters yesterday, who are standing up for wha they believe, And do not know the difference between the levels of visits state leaders can have, shows that you're quick to listen to group stories such as Britian First and EDL.

Now, enjoy yourself.

Ps. It's "you're" as in "you are" and not "your". Learn the Queens English if you wish to crawl so far up her backside :thumbright:

The metropolitan media savvy left are not loonies in my opinion, just a bit out of touch with the mainstream of their countries, either the USA or UK. The want for the state visit to be downgraded has fcuk all to do with the ban but the fear of leaving the EU.

Of course we are going to roll out the red carpet and polish the queens carriages for President Trump, a pro Brexit supporter, during the start of negotiations with the EU. If the daft bastards of the EU want to play hard ball well fine, lets do it. We will leave the worlds second highest trading block and join the worlds biggest economy.

Now, i don't think May wants us to totally leave, so having the worlds biggest economy wanting you to join them might and showing them the full show of respect will steady a few minds in Brussels. The metropolitan left want the EU negotiations to go poorly so they can say "i told you so".

I am not normally a tory voter, but i think May is playing a blinder here, and all the left can do is call names
