They always boast about taking thousands with the everywhere they go - why aren't we charging them £50 a ticket?
They'd still bring thousands so why doesn't our club rob their fans in the same way Leeds steal from our fans?
It'll cost me £114.50 to got to those two games with the Supporters Club.
That's before any food, drink, time off work to go to Derby etc.
I don't think anyone can criticise people who choose not to go to away games nowadays when you look at those sort of costs.

David, In todays day and age football ticket prices have become a total rip off, same as concerts etc etc.
I wonder sometimes how the concerts are always sold out at £50/£100 a ticket and some away football tickets £40/£50 away, plus travel, yet still sold out, plus drink/food. I honestly wonder how people / fans from Plymouth to Newcastle afford these prices.
I also agree like we did a deal with Reading £20 a ticket, we should charge Leeds/Sheff wed etc the same prices as they charge us:thumb right:
Plus up North they have a lot less wages than down South, yet they somehow afford it? ?

Indeed. The income from away tickets must be minimal in the scheme of a club's budget, so it won't make any difference to Leeds to have 300 of us paying £37 or 500 of us paying £25.
There's no reason for any club at Championship level to charge away fans more than £25 a ticket and even that's pushing it.
To charge over £35 is just daylight robbery by greedy clubs and as you say, we should charge their fans exactly the same as they charge us.

I agree, say we took 400 at £37 they would get £14,800 or charge £15 a ticket we bring 2,000 and they got £30,000 plus an extra 1600 people buying burgers, beers and programmes.

Sure lots of Clubs do take a lot there but most of those are within an hour or so of Leeds as there are so many Northern/midlands sides in the Championship.
If they had to pay £37 to go nearly 4 hours away I doubt half of them would be so keen.
Ill be going anyway, new ground for me.
