Reading appear to have secured the signing of Adrian Popa after the player announced the transfer on his official Facebook page.

In a series of posts, Adrian Popa confirmed his exit from Romanian club Steaua Bucharest and claimed that he had signed for Reading, with the transfer set to go through imminently.
Adrian Popa ends a five year association with Steaua Bucharest, in which he has played well over 100 games for the club.
He had previously played for a number of other Romanian clubs, such as Universitatea Cluj and Concordia Chiajna.
The 28-year-old is set to become Jaap Stam’s second January signing, after the arrival of Liverpool defender Tiago Ilori.
The Romania international has 21 caps for his country, netting 3 times.
Adrian Popa is a winger, who will bring vast experience of top flight Romanian football and European game time to the Madejski Stadium when he teams up with Jaap Stam ahead of a promotion push.
