Glorious defeat

While we got a lot of plaudits against villa, Newcastle and Brighton we didn't have a single point to show for it. While it will be extremely tough tomorrow it would be great if we could take a point or more. I won't be to disheartened if we don't as we are making strides and playing one of the better teams, but I hate glorious defeats. For once I have belief we can go and get points especially with a good travelling army.

That last minute goal against Burton was huge mate and given us a bit of breathing space. I think the 8 point gap will be back down to 3-4 after the next 5 games with 3 being away to top 7 sides and our home games against Norwich and Preston.

I hope Im wrong but I think some people have got carried away, we only just beat Burton and Bristol City who are two absolutely dreadfull sides on horrific runs of form.

We need to start performing and turning the glorious defeats into some points.

I think we will get a scruffy win from Norwich or Preston, yes Burton and Bristol were poor but we always perform badly against these sides and usually come unstuck. We all know that right now it's up top or the creative side but the boys are putting a shift in.
