Neil Warnock and the way forward

I believe the real strengthening of the squad will begin in earnest as we go into next season with Warnock being reluctant to spend the meager funds available at the moment on quick fixes as this would be non productive towards getting the quality deemed necessary for a tilt at promotion next season, also it is my opinion NW is satisfied he has the means to consolidate this term and will only bring in the odd player if he can pick them up for a decent amount and can be incorporated towards the playing staff he is looking for to enhance a challenge for promotion/play offs next season of which Johnny Hayes fits the criteria .

With the FFP and Budget having to be considered next season NW will have a plan ( free transfers but decent salaries perhaps ) with one or two decent cash transfers and a few quality loanees would make a lot of sense, bearing in mind the Financial Fair Play is based over a 3 year period then surely it would make sense to not unnecessarily chuck money around this season and add it to next terms transfer pot as consolidation seems more viable now in staying up.

Neil Warnock knows what is needed and has a very good record of picking up quality players without breaking the Bank but more importantly Knows how to manages and integrates these players into a team that are difficult to beat,

I would like to see at least 8 players let go between now and the beginning of next season giving NW the financial clout needed giving him the resources required to have a pop at promotion number nine.

Opinions please
