Who sanctioned the Lambert deal?

I'm staggered that we signed him for 2 seasons, I thought Lambert, Hoillet and Chamakh only signed short term....what a waste of an awful lot of money

Trollope wanted him and the club backed him

Lambert nothing to do with Warnock. The 4 he signed were Bamba Hoillett, Richardson and Chamakh
He let 2 go who were cheap enough to have a look at but we're not good enough. The other 2 are performing well and are regular starters
I believe they were all on frees and short term contracts
