Every Championship stadium ranked from oldest to newest

THE Championship is home to some of English football's most illustrious clubs - but which stadiums are old and which are new?

Preston's Deepdale holds the title for oldest arena, with it initially opening 139 years ago in 1878.

There are four stadiums in the division which have been opened in the 21st century, including Brighton's Amex - but which ground is newest?

I must admit, I thought there were many more younger than ours. I suppose there are many that continually renovate.

went to white hart lane in prem season. not one single stand remained from my 1st visit in the mid 70s
so although it wasnt a NEW ground for me,in many ways it was.
and now its having another complete overhaul but will still be WHL.
