I have often slagged off players for wasting their talent, not helping my club,etc and Chops should be one of them but through all his faults I actually think that he cared about us, just not enough to kick his addiction !

I was forty odd when he was at his peak and thought I was past hero worship but he got close !!

I remember sitting at Wembley in the Cup Final with Chops a few rows in front thinking "we'd win this with you up front" and then he came back the next season !!

Great player and the nostalgic in me says let's have him back for the last hurrah !! However the realist in me knows SuperKevs day will be his playing goodbye too.
