Connoly had a poor game today but cb playing rb. And Morrison didn't miss an header. For some reason we always have a scapegoat. Been ralls been whitts now it's morrison. People always slate our players then when they go on to play for other clubs where fans appericiate them it's all we should never of let him go. Try support

I've said this all along.

Connolly was poor, playing out of position, however Morrison was excellent.
Did everything asked of him and their strikers hardly had a sniff.

As I said above "scapegoat" we always have 1.

Thought Morrison was excellent today but agree about Connolly, with him and Peltier at full backs we encourage the opposition full backs on because they know they won't go forward.

Connoly is a great centre back but not great at playing right back. I cant put the fault with him but more with Bennett, Richards or John for not upping their game and allowing a center back to play out of position better than them.

What frustrates me about both of them is their distribution (or lack of it!).

When they have plenty of time to control the ball they choose to just kick or head the ball anywhere. They're not alone in this however - the only players we have who feel comfortable trying to control the ball are Bamba and Hoilett.

What was a bit worrying today was a lack of communication at the back with either two players going for the same ball on occasion or two players leaving the ball to each other!

Morrison wasn't too bad today but Connolly is having an absolute shocker of a season. From being player of the season last year he has been terrible in almost every game he's played in this season. In fairness to him he is being played out of position but time and time again he has shown he cannot play full back yet he's still selected there.
