Four wins and a few draws should be good enough to avoid the drop. Personally, I still think we will be well clear at the end of the season and finish around mid table as many of us expected at the start of the season. Will be more disappointments to come over the next few months, but we'll be ok long before the end.

Always going to start climbing the table, just takes time. NW was correct that it would get worse before it got better, it's now getting better. Mid table.

Win our game in hand on Tuesday night and we'll be on the same points as Villa!
Shame it's away at Brighton!

Never say never. Look what happened at Anfield today. We can always hope for the best, even if we expect the worse.

3 massive wins in 2017, if we get anything at Brighton that would be a bonus.

2 clean sheets as well which is rare with us this season, nice to see we can get them odd goals and see games out.. hopefully McGregor can keep them out Tuesday.

If my maths are right, we beat Brighton and we are 9 points off play offs?

You are correct, mad what 3 wins potentially 4 can do to a table.

I know its easy to take it for granted, but this league is superb! So many big clubs and we are still in with a shout of a top 10 finish.

When warnock was appointed put £10 on finishing top half at 5-1 with sky bet & had free opening bet for same value so put it on reaching play offs at 33-1 ...who knows might win that one as well

I predicted a finishing position of 12th to 15th at the start of the season. That was based on the squad we had at that time. The squad now has an extra bit of quality added to it, and having Neil Warnock is obviously completely different to having Trollope here. While a top ten finish may be being a bit ambitious, there is no reason why that should not be a target, and is certainly not impossible. I don't believe even Warnock would consider us as play off candidates, but that 5-1 bet may well pay out at the end of the season.
