Even if there's a loan fee I wouldn't have thought it would be much, his Market Value can't be more than £500-£750k to buy outright.

Its quite a clever move really. Any hint of a change of goalie at Hull and MacGregor cannot step over Marshall as he is out on loan.

Cardiff are heightening the chances of Marshall playing and therefore us getting more money when he plays a certain amount of games.

Warnock said on talksport earlier today that it was by chance that we are getting him, as he was just speaking to Robert Snodgrass about a keeper, but Warnock said he's travelling down today and should be done pretty soon.

I think Warnock also said he will be at the plymouth game for BT sport later.
