I would start with Healy v Burton.

He's the only striker at the club who scores regularly, all be it for the U23s and when loaned to lower league clubs.

Healey is 22 years old now. Players are usually well established first team real by that age.

Becoming more obvious that we don't want to take the chance on young players.
