Kadeem Harris

I know I've slated Kadeem on here a number of times by saying that the championship is a league to far for him, and I still think that is the case but that goal at bristol will do his confidence a world of good, and I really hope the kid kicks on from here and proves me wrong. He really needs to work on his first touch and his crosses but like I said that goal will be great for his confidence. :ayatollah:

What I liked was the way he drove at them especially after his poor back pass to connolly was part of the blame for them going 2-1 up. But he didn't let his head drop and did what was expected from him and got us back on the front foot and showed good strength and determination to get his headed equaliser.

I believe he is underrated. Without Kads and Hoilett coming on as the subs I believe we would have probably lost the game. I felt the goal was coming whoever's mistake it would have been. Kadeem for me had a huge impact on the game. He runs and runs and very often gets somewhere or makes things happen. Pilks goal was amazing and all due credit where it's due but if you compared both for their entire percentage (bearing in mind how late in the game the subs came on) I would have thought Kads would come out well on top. That said, he maybe at his best as an Impact player in the game as opposed to starting lineup. Hopefully the goals that Pilks scored will give him lots of confidence though to bring out the best in him going forward and perhaps he will go on a unstoppable 'Jamie Vardy last season' type of player ! :bluescarf:

In all fairness I think he deserves a reasonable run in the side to help boost his confidence. I was critical of him after Fulham but he came back well on Saturday. I think the finishing 11 should start the next match and let's see what they can do.

I disagree and think Kadeem is definitely a game changer. The game against Villa at home he was a constant menace with his pace getting behind Villa countless times. Couple of us were having a chat in that game how dynamic we wouldnt have been without him and I think he was the difference in that game. Definitely in my match day squad

I don't think he is good enough although he scored and i am so glad he did. When you watch football regularly you can see the talent and you make your mind up. His lack of a first touch will make him L1 at best. His pace does scare the opposition but not his footballing ability, you need to have a fair amount of footballing ability in the championship. He will make a good living in L1, but for a pace player he is in his prime.

Its the wings that have been the problem since the premier league. In this system like Malkys you can't have more than one "talent" that is light on the physicality and may go missing. We pissed the league with Conway and Cowie as defensive wide midfielders, both could trap, pass, cross and tackle. Nooney and Bellers had spells out there, but you couldn't accuse Bellers of lacking physicality.

A team that consists of two real winger like Nooney, Holiett or Harris with Whitts is too weak. Leave Whitts out and you need to get the ball out to them (with some sympathy) and I can't see Ralls and Gunnar being able to do that with any regularity or accuracy. And here is another point. Zohore isn't Rudy, for a lump he is shit in the air, so getting to the byline is pointless.

My opinion is 442 wingers are dead.

Play 433 with Zohore as the spearhead with Pilks and Holiett as the two inside forwards/attacking midfielders with the midfield of Gunnar,Whitts, Ralls (O'Keefe as sub) Peltier and maybe Bennet but really a "must not pass" left back and we'll be ok.

he undoubtedly has pace but the majority of his final balls are awful. He is beyond the "showing promise" stage of his career now and needs to kick on

Play him on the right and we might see a bit more from him!
