Don't know what's happened to him!

Went to 20 odd matches last season and every time he played, I had bad things to say.

For Wales sake, good to see him doing well.

Maybe it would have been a different story if Warnock was our manager last season.

Lawrence has always been a talented player. He needed the confidence which he's now got at Ipswich. Playing on his own for Wales v. Netherlands he was our best player. Lost his way with us....familiar story.

I personally always saw quality in him. Slades system and style didn't suit him, he's just playing under a better manager now. We've made MANY good players look terrible since malky left.

This.. Saw Lawrence play on the right hand side of midfield against Brighton when we won 4-1 and he was awesome. Direct, pacey and whipping in excellent crosses.

Then Slade brought back Noone on the right and Lawrence was benched or when brought on played on the left where he had the same problem as Noone in having to cut back inside to cross etc and looked poor. Was wasted by Slade last year.
