Had their chance to make an impact today and like other games in the past both looked very poor to me.
Huws just way too slow jogs about the pitch like hes not interested no urgency whatsover no better than a reserve player for us imo.
Richards poor in posession and makes mistakes defensively also, i also question his commitment dosent seem that interested to me either.
I would keep both of trollopes welsh super signings as far as away from the first team as possible and will be interesting to see what warnock thinks too.

Richards doesn't look like he wants to be here. Just seems to be nothing in his game no fight no interest.

And yet they play well for Wales? Richards great against Belgium and Huws scored a cracking goal against Holland!

The team were dire but I thought Richards was one of the better performers. (Although Gamba was by far the best).

These jacks were suppose to be our Welsh connection between the fans and the players!

very disappointing and if they do play well for wales again then that is showing disrespect towards Cardiff as they clearly don't want to be here and just take the wages.
Jaz may get a little better for us but Huws was dire totally un interested get rid now

Thought Richards was far from our worst player today plus he has been injured for ages. I was more bothered by huws who had a chance to stake a claim for a mid field start but has dropped behind a youth player.

JAZZ WASNT THAT BAD HES NEVER GOING TO BE BETTER THAN PELTIER THO
HUWS IS A LOST LITTLE MAN THO DOESNT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WANTS FROM HIS CAREER COS HES PISSING IT AGAINST THE WALL, YOUD GET MORE FIGHT AND DETERMINATION FROM A YOUNGSTER

Both are abysmal footballers who are getting paid a tidy sum to take the piss out of us.
Jazz is a jack who is here for the money, Trollope signing him was an absolute embarrassment, Malone is a much better defender.
Huws is one of the worst footballers I've ever seen, he would struggle to get into a sunday league side, just no passion nor commitment to the cause.
Unfortunately this is modern day footballers for you - more concerned about their money, birds and bling.

Emyr Huws played 30 games and scored 5 goals for Huddesfield last season and was their star man, he has 10 Welsh caps and last season scored a wonder goal against Holland. Jazz Richards played 22 games for Fulham and also played superbly when we beat Belgium and also has 10 caps. What has gone wrong? If we sell we should insert a sell on clause otherwise like Gestede and McCormack we will lose a lot of money?
Tue Jan 10, 2017 9:24 am
I said from day one give Emyr Hughes a chance like we should every new player, but that I personally thought he was a bad signing and no one up North wanted him? ?

Huws played quite well for Huddersfield, but not good enough for them to want to sign him.
Both him and Richards have been disappointing.
The Jacks connection is totally irrelevant....we've had loads of excellent players with strong Swansea links in the past who have done great.

You get what you ask for, many city fans crying out for Welsh players without realising the ones that are good are too high for us in terms of playing level and the one who's are half decent are no where near championship level.

Absolutely spot on. I for one wouldn't give a toss if all our players came from planet Zog as long as they were good enough. This issue of signing Welsh players seems self limiting to me.

I would love Welsh players in the team but in terms of the right level and realistic side of it there aren't many players out there for Wales who fit what we need and that are realistic for us, maybe Jonny Williams is the one I can think of on the top of my head.
Even worse that players like Richards and Huws escape criticism up until now..

I agree that Huws just doesn't look up for it and should go.
However, I can't see that Richards has done much wrong apart from "Ayotollah Gate" and picking up injuries. I'd personally always pick Peltier before him but when he's played he's certainly been defensively stronger than Bennett.
Richards is a decent player, Huws is yet to convince me !!
