Ticket prices are ridiculous for fa cup with a lot of teams fielding weakened sides. Man utd were apparently charging £45 for reading fans. With reading fc subsidising it to £30

I dont know anyone thats going, even the older fellas who live round by me who never miss a game are not going. Enginering works on a few of the rail lines and no trains early enough make it hard for a lot of valley lads aswell.

The FA Cup is now unfortunately, essentially meaningless. Sky money has ruined it, just like most other aspects of the game. They need to attach a Champions League place to the competition for the winner (or finalist if winner has already qualified), then and only then will the magic and prestige return.
