Well Done to our Moderator Lyn aka Lyndipops 
815 runners at the Cardiff Park run today and I finished 7th. 2nd Vet 40 and 2nd for my club. I hit my target of 17.50 precisely! I want to be in the top 30 Welsh Half Marathon Runners this year and im bang on track!
