City cash...

Apologies if this has already been raised but is this just a ploy to avoid providing a discount on merchandise?? I can't for the life of me understand how it works?

I guess it replaces the discount on merchandise. I think if you purchase merchandise at the full price (not on sale) or home matches and/or hospitality you get cash added to your account. I'm sure I saw somewhere a chart that showed the amount you get for each item - perhaps Google city cash? It's a good thing but wish you could get some cash for purchasing away tickets (may say £1 per match as a token for your loyal support)
